The management service that we provide is based on an annual agreement between Mayfair Management Property Services S.L. and the property owner. The annual fees are divided into two sections and priced accordingly for an apartment or an individual private villa. The fee that you pay covers our administrative time and costs incurred over the course of one year and includes regular security and maintenance checks to the property when unoccupied and utility payments paid on your behalf if required. Management rates upon application.

Individual
charges such as cleaning, laundry
and maintenance items will be charged to a running account opened
specifically for your property.
Our accounts are forwarded to you
on a regular basis or as often as requested indicating all transactions
undertaken on your behalf.
Maid service is charged at 12 Euros
per hours and laundry on a consumption basis. Should cleaning be
required on a Sunday or a
Spanish National Holiday, double
rates will apply.
